My husband Mike was bedridden and Linda came into our home 3 times a week to give him a bath, shave, and brush his teeth. She was professional yet very friendly. I never felt that she was in a rush to get her job done. She went through step by step each visit what she was about to do so Mike would feel comfortable with what was happening. She would also help me to get Mike into the lift chair each visit because I was uncomfortable doing it myself. Before she left she would tidy up the bed and then would engage with Mike with some beanie babies or other things that he liked. If I had a concern she was right there to suggest what I could do or if I should call the nurse. I felt lucky to benefit from all her years of experience. If I was running out of a product that the office had gloves, pads, incontinence supplies I could text her and if the office had it she would bring it. This saved me a number of times from running out of important items. If it wasn’t for Linda I couldn’t have kept Mike at home. I am so thankful for her. It is good to know there are angels among us. Linda even came to my door after work the day Mike passed to give me a hug. I actually miss seeing Linda’s smiling face at my door.
