Passed away Monday evening September 10, 2018 at his residence. Tom was born September 29, 1954 in Bad Axe, Michigan a son of William and Gloria (Cole) Hoffman. He had been a Galesburg area resident most of his life and was employed as an auto mechanic for many years. Tom was very talented and skilled and was always there to help friends and family in need. He was kind, honorable, and strong and had such a passion for music. Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, Corey Hoffman; a granddaughter, Victoria Hoffman; 3 sisters, Jane Hoffman of Kalamazoo, Julie (Alec) Adolphson of Raymore MO, and Kathy (Don) Cooney of Kalamazoo; and several beloved nephews, and cousins. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Tom's life will be held at his home on October 13th 2018 from 4-8pm. There will be no visitation.
