Passed away July 22, 2017 at her home. Rosie was born November 27, 1923 in Deeson, MS the daughter of Eugene Smith. Rosie is survived by her children, Leandrew Qualls, Amina Shakir, Stanley Qualls, Jr., Gloria Fields, Oliver Qualls, Rodesta Bondsell, Rose Ann Mix, Rex Qualls, Odell Qualls; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services were held Tuesday, July 25 at the Kalamazoo Islamic Center. Interment was in Mt. Ever-Rest North Cemetery.
