DEPALMA, RODNEY R.
AKA Lois "Mouse" DePalma Rodney Roy DePalma, AKA Lois "Mouse", age 55, was born October 25, 1958 in Kalamazoo, to Bobby and Jeanette Lee DePalma and died August 3, 2014 in Kalamazoo. Raised in Battle Creek for many years and has resided the past 20 years in Kalamazoo. Throughout the years had worked in various food service industry jobs. Enjoyed art, drawing, bicycling, chess and had served as a volunteer with the Salvation Army. Survived by many special friends; mother, Jeanette Harry Hamlin of Battle Creek; father, Bobby Rose Ann DePalma of Battle Creek; siblings, Robie Alice DePalma of Comstock, Eugene DePalma of Battle Creek, David DePalma of Battle Creek, Randy DePalma of Battle Creek and Christine Mobley of Battle Creek; nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM Thursday, August 7th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street where a Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 7th with Hospice Chaplain Dianne Litynski officiating. A private burial will take place in Comstock Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of SW Michigan or the Salvation Army.
