Roberta K. McCulfor, 90, of Richland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Roberta was born May 9, 1931 in Bailey, MI the daughter of Emmett and Opal (Hamilton) Reiley. She graduated from Western Michigan College in 1955. She taught elementary students at Cooper Center School before fully devoting herself to raising her family.
On March 23, 1956 Roberta was united in marriage to her loving husband, Robert McCulfor who preceded her in death on October 5, 2017. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister, Orville, Nathan, and Avis. She is survived by her children, Robert McCulfor, Mark (Shawn) McCulfor, Tim (Julie) McCulfor, Lori (Kevin) DeVries, Steve (Dee) McCulfor, Kristen (Jamie) Dodge; 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother, Rodger Reiley; and several nieces and nephews.
Roberta was a faithful servant of God who selflessly poured into others' lives.
She was involved in multiple ministries as a long-time member of Northeastern Baptist church. Her heart was especially drawn to teaching children about Jesus and helping them in their spiritual growth. She extended kindness to everyone she met and was loved by all who knew her. Roberta's legacy is her large, loving family who will always remember her strong example of faith, her selflessness and her ever-present smile.
