Died Monday evening January 4, 2016 in Key West, Florida. Patricia was born July 30, 1926 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a daughter of William and Janna (VanKruiningen) Webber. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with the Kalamazoo Regional Psychiatric Hospital for over 20 years before retiring. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William Lummis on May 11, 1996; her second husband, William H. Carlisle on March 6, 2003; a sister, Donnabelle Burlington; and a brother, Thomas Webber. She is survived by 3 children, Michael (Laura) Lummis of Key West, FL, Mark (Chong) Lummis of Mattawan, and Marvin (Penny) Lummis of Culleuka, TN; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a sister, Patrilla Martz of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11 o'clock Thursday, January 14th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private interment will take place in Hope Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Order of the Eastern Star, Corinthian Chapter #123 (Portage and Kalamazoo).
