Passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Age 50. Lisa was born in Colorado on April 15, 1966. She attended The River Church. She enjoyed swimming, roller-skating, and loved her children. She is survived by her ex-husband, Eric Spencer; two children, Jermiah Johnson and Gracie Ann Spencer; mother, Carol Karns; sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and Steve Powell; best friend/ "wifey", Jan Kennison; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Karns. A funeral service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007, public viewing will begin at 11:00 am. Pastor Rob Link will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Ministry with Community.
