MORRIS, Leroy E. Jr.
Of Kalamazoo Passed away Sunday morning, October 20, 2013. Leroy was born February 26, 1932 in Kalamazoo the son of the late Leroy and Ira Morris. Prior to his retirement he was the owner and operator of the Otto Kihm Truck Repair Service for 30 years. He was a member of Kalamazoo First Assembly of God and enjoyed fishing, boating, and watching NASCAR. On June 5, 1954 he was united in marriage to his loving wife, Zelma who preceded him in death on February 15, 2011. Surviving are his children, Terry Cathy Morris, Penny Morris, Don Anna Morris; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Joan Roodbergen, Carol Myron Miller; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm Saturday, October 26 at the Kalamazoo First Assembly of God, 5550 Oakland Dr. Private interment will be at a later date.
