Judith Lee Vickers

Judith Lee Vickers passed away Friday, May 28, 2021, in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born January 1, 1946, in Kalamazoo, MI a daughter of Frank R. and Winifred (Saye) Campbell and had been a lifelong area resident. She went to Plainwell schools and graduated from Portage Central Adult Ed. Spending time with her family and friends was important to her. She loved to travel, shop, and work in her garden. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings. On December 18, 1981, she married Owen R. Vickers, who survives. Judy is also survived by her children, Tammy Parrish, James Hoyt Parrish, Shelly Parrish, Angela (Garry) Hale, Victoria Skidmore, and Lisa (Marty) Hoover; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four siblings; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place at Langeland Family Cremation Center, 6628 Tall Oaks Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A private memorial service is being planned. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or to the animal rescue of your choice.
