Jack Phillip Keyes

Jack, Jr. passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the age of 64. Jack was born March 2, 1953 in Jackson, MI to Jack and Sophie (Formella) Keyes, Sr. Jack received his Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University. He was employed with Borgess Medical Center for nearly 35 years, in the laboratory. Jack would do anything for anybody. He had a giving heart and family was everything to him. He had a passion for owning Mustangs and enjoyed the drives he took to South Haven. He loved to watch NASCAR and football. He had a broad range of music interests, especially Elvis. Jack is survived by his children, Joshua Keyes, and Ashley Keyes; mother, Sophie Keyes; nephew, Justin (Victoria) Keyes; sister-in-law, Cindy Keyes; great niece and nephew, Leah and Wesley Keyes; and aunts, cousins and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack, Sr.; and his twin brother, Jim Keyes. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave. A private burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Jackson, MI.
