Formerly of Kalamazoo Passed away Saturday, May 2, 2009 in South Haven. Mrs. Bussing was born April 24, 1912 in Burlington, MI the daughter of Charles and Zella Hill McDonald and was a lifelong resident of this area. In her working days, she was employed as a waitress and was a factory worker during the WWII years. Her husband, Ralph passed away in 2001. She was also preceded in death by her son, Eugene Bussing in 2005. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Loretta Bussing of Portage; nine grandchildren, Deborah Bussing, Kevin Bussing, Angela Bussing, Steven Bussing, Katherine Bussing, Renee Bussing, Christopher Bussing, Genevra Bussing and Michael Bussing; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held 11:00 o'clock Thursday, May 7 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. with the Rev. Mr. James Dyke of St. Andrew Community Church officiating. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, Girard, Michigan, Branch County. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
