Glen L. Bachelder

Glen L. Bachelder died suddenly on January 10, 2017. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on July 7, 1935, he was the youngest son of Dallas and Alma Bachelder. He received his BA at the University of Michigan and MA at Western Michigan University. He worked in Michigan state government, as an aide to Governors Romney and Milliken, retiring in 1987. Glen was passionate about genealogy, and had two books published on the ancestry of the Bachelder family. Besides his love of genealogy, Glen was a passionate and devoted U of M Wolverine fan. Glen is survived by his older brother, Millard, and several nieces and nephews.
