Passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Age 89. Donna was born in Paw Paw, MI on February 8, 1927, the daughter of the late Robert and Maude (Green) Terrell. She attended Paw Paw High School, before moving to Kalamazoo and attending American Beauty School. She worked for beauty salons for one year and then opened her first salon. She owned and operated six different salons over a 43 year career and retired in 1991. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Casper; three daughters, Rebecca Lance of Florida, Billi Jo Brooks of Oshtemo and Dorri Kahl of Gobles; one step-daughter, Patricia Stafford of Indiana; and one son, Michael Ziegler of Portage; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family from 12 -1 p.m. on Friday, July 29th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Avenue. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. Pastor Greg Carlson will officiate with entombment in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
