STEWART, Clifford L.H.
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Friday, April 4, 2013 in Kalamazoo. Cliff was born June 3, 1959 in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a son of Robert and Lillian Yax Stewart and was a Kalamazoo resident since 1959. He was employed by Green Bay Packaging of Kalamazoo for many years as a sales and service Manager. He had a great sense of humor and loved golf. On October 25, 1985, he married Cynthia Herwick, who survives. Cliff is also survived by his children, Noel Jesse Brown of Kalamazoo, Jon Stewart and Robert Stewart of Kalamazoo; a granddaughter, Jesslyn Brown of Kalamazoo; his mother, Lillian Stewart of Kalamazoo; brothers, Greg Diane Stewart, David Dixie Stewart and Mike Stewart; a sister, Robin Stewart of Kalamazoo; a sister-in-law, Juanita Tanner; several special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Robert Stewart; grandparents, Walter & Esther Yax; and a brother, Bob Stewart. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., with Richard Yax, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Because of allergies in the family, the family requests that flowers be omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or the Gideons International.
