Claire Feaster, age 83, passed away on February 12, 2016. She was born to Stephen and Anna Czopko on August 12, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. Claire was a lover of music, art and animals, but especially loved cats. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Maryann Theut; and two sons, Mark Feaster and Daniel Feaster. She is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her children, Richard (Jennifer) Feaster, Karen (Jeff) Goudie, Andrew and Laura (Jim) Hartigan; sister, Jean Lyons; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff and Claire's dear friends at Medilodge of Westwood. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Kalamazoo Humane Society.
