Passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the age of 38. Carrie was born in Kalamazoo on November 15, 1977. She was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and was currently employed by Thermo Fischer Scientific. She loved all animals and enjoyed sports, especially playing softball. Carrie is survived by her children, Sierra Little, Seth Meek and Terris Evans; her fiancé, Terrance Evans; her parents, Carl A. Little and Frances K. (Dodgson) Little; three sisters and two brothers, Stacey (Marcus) Thompson, Anthony Little, Kenneth Cruse Jr., Trina Summers and Charlotte Rose. Friends may visit with the family from 2 - 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m., officiated by Wayne Taylor. Cremation will follow after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family.
