Passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Kairos Dwelling at the age of 50. Brenda was born in Sturgis, MI on July 6, 1965. She was an extremely talented floral designer for VanderSalm's and Schaeffer's Flowers for many years and was most recently employed by PNC Bank. She enjoyed rock and roll and Harley Davidson. Her passion for flowers was only outweighed by the love for her family. Love shown through phenomenal food, affectionate hugs, and enduring kisses. Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Kim Milton Hubert; her children, Brendan and Annais Sanchez, Joseph Hubert and James (Kyle) Bienlein. Her grandchildren, Haven Overkleeft and Leland Miguel Hubert. Sisters, Amber Hollister and Lisa (Anthony) Hahn. Her loving Parents, Sandy Sites and Sharon & Sidney Torres. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rita Alberta (Norton) Hollister. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, March 11th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Avenue. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 12th at the funeral chapel, officiated by Rev. Greg Carlson. Memorial contributions may be given to the family for an education fund for her granddaughter or to the West Michigan Cancer Center.
