Joined her parents, brother and Lord on August 15, 2015. Age 90. Beverly was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School. She was a lifelong member of Third Reformed Church and had a servant's heart. She was a faithful forty year employee of The Upjohn Company. She was a loving, compassionate and joyful aunt. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing softball. Beverly is survived by one sister, Evelyn VanDonselaar; one sister-in-law, Marge DeBoer; nieces and nephews, Joyce Kroes, Janet (Rik) Zelenock, Judy (Scott) Bovenkerk, Norman VanDonselaar, Jim DeBoer, Dave (Anita) DeBoer and Ed DeBoer; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelius and Jennie (Rhem) DeBoer; one brother, Stanley DeBoer; and one brother-in-law, John VanDonselaar. The family would like to thank those who visited and lovingly cared for Beverly during her extended illness. Private interment will take place in Grand Prairie Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 21st at Hope Reformed Church, 910 Jenks Blvd., Kalamazoo, MI 49006. Pastor Kent Frens will officiate. Memorial contributions may be given to Crystal Woods or a charity of the donor's choice.
