Portage Passed away Sunday evening, November 30, 2014 at the Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. Ann was born November 17, 1943 in Alma, MI the daughter of Orin and Gladys Montei Bailey. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena where she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for over 30 years. Ann was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time in the sun with her family and friends, both in Florida and during the summer in Michigan. On October 24, 1964 she was united in marriage to her loving husband of over 50 years, N. Sam Roschek, who survives. Also surviving are her daughters, Pam Phil Yelsma, Christine Wagner; and a grand-daughter Alison Yelsma. Ann was preceded in death by her brother, David Bailey. A service to celebrate Ann's life will be held at 11:00am Friday, December 5 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. Friends may meet the family Thursday evening from 6-8pm at the Westside Chapel. Interment will be in South Portage Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, St. Vincent DePaul, or St. Andrew Community Church.
