Alta Josephine (Bristol) Rhoads

Alta Josephine (Bristol) Rhoads, 85, of Galesburg, went home to her Lord and Savior on June 11, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert Rhoads, and 2 sons, Robert L. Rhoads Jr. and Ricky R. Rhoads. Born August 28, 1934 in Galesburg, Michigan, was one of 6 children. Alta was known for her selfless dedication to serving Galesburg United Methodist Church and her community. Some of her favorite activities included reading and arts and crafts. She is survived by 3 daughters, Diana Tiller of Kalamazoo, MI, Vicki Nicholson of Garland, TX, and Marjorie (Harold) Snyder of Jensen Beach, FL; multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
