Wilma Louise Hoover

HOOVER, Wilma L.
Of Climax Passed away on December 19, 2010 at her residence. Wilma was born October 9, 1927 in Goshen, IN, a daughter of David and Martha Charles Carpenter. She was employed as a teacher/counselor in South Bend, IN prior to moving to Climax over 50 years ago. On June 15, 1956, Wilma was married in Goshen, IN to Alfred Hoover, who survives. Wilma and Alfred are members of the Climax United Methodist Church. Also surviving are 2 sons and 1 daughter, Felix Becky Pedersen Hoover of Burwin, IL, Marilyn Leggett of Climax and Dennis Charity Hoover of Georgia. ; 4 grandchildren, Benjamin, Michael , April and Audrey; and a sister, JoAnn Snowberger. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Climax United Methodist Church with the Rev. Glenn Litchfield officiating. Memorial contributions in Wilma's memory may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or the Climax United Methodist Church.
