William 'Bill' D. Preston

PRESTON, William D. "Bill"
of Portage, Michigan Passed away September 13, 2012 at the age of 70. He was born February 14, 1942 in Kalamazoo to the late Harry and Elsie Sargent Preston. Bill was united in marriage to Sue Nordyke on July 26, 1960, who survives. Also surviving Bill are his children, Duane Denise Preston of Kalamazoo, Christine Mike Littell of Portage, Sheryl Brett Isenhower of Portage and David Shawnia Preston of Portage; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren with another expected soon; brother, John Bonnie Preston; sister, Betty Morris; sister-in-law, Patricia Coffman; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding Bill in death were brothers, Roy and Ray Preston twins and Jim Preston; sisters, Joanne Thompson, Mae Henderson; and son-in-law, Greg Wiessner. Family will greet friends on Sunday, September 16th from 2-5pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave., where services will take place on Monday at 11:00 with Pastor Ray Brandon officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. Memorials may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
