HANEY, William E.
Of Kalamazoo, MI Passed away Monday evening, September 28, 2009 at his residence. Bill was born March 14, 1937 in Chicago, IL the son of Elmo and Joan Wright Haney. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. On April 24, 1985 he was united in marriage to the former Eloisa Zuniga who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Joan Carpenter; sister, Jane Bommersbach; beloved nieces and nephews, Eloisa Maria Aaron Tipton, Mark Bommersbach, Ryan and Logan Tipton; several other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and special friends, Mike and Charlie Moelart. Services were held today at 10:30 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
