Grand Rapids, MI Died Thursday morning August 30, 2012. William was born May 1, 1932 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the only son of William C. and Mary Aday Bryant. He served during the Korean War as a medic in the U.S. Air Force. He was raised in Kalamazoo and lived in various other Michigan cities throughout his lifetime. He was employed with Michigan National Bank for 25 years before retiring and was a long time member of the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter, Laurie Ann Bryant in 1963. William is survived by 3 children, Robyn Lee Teunissen of Dorr, MI, Dr. W. Christopher Karen Bryant of Grand Blanc, MI, Paul Bryant and 5 grandchildren. Friends may meet the family from 4-6 pm Tuesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Private interment will take place in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
