Of Kalamazoo, Michigan Violet passed away Sunday morning, May 16, 2010 at Tendercare of Kalamazoo. She was born February 23, 1924 in Liberty Center, IN, the daughter of Jefferson and Carrie Francis Brinneman. On July 18, 1953, she was united in marriage to Donald L. Cook in Kalamazoo, who preceded her in death on August 1, 2005. Also preceding her in death is her sister, Helen Cotherman. Surviving is her nephew, Robert Cotherman of Kalamazoo.
