Galesburg, Michigan Passed away August 21, 2008 at Borgess Hospital after he fought a strong battle. He was born May 12, 1967 in Royal Oak, Michigan, the son of Earnie and Jung Best of Kalamazoo, Sharon and Gary Spears of Galesburg and grandson of Earnest Best of Florida. Timmy was a fun and loving inspiration to all who knew him, with a warm and inviting grin to greet you with. He was a devoted fan of the Chicago Bears and the Detroit Tigers, much to the dismay of his twin brother who loved the Detroit Lions and Chicago Cubs! He is survived by his twin brother Thomas Best, three sisters Heidi Best, Jodi Best, Sara Mike Hough; one step-brother Jeff Brenda Spears, two step-sisters Beth Dan Lagattuta, Shelly Rob Wilson, two beautiful nieces Bridgett and Jaidin Smith, and many caring and devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was proceeded in death by paternal grandmother Fern Best, maternal grandparents Cecil and Lorraine Thurston and step-brother Todd Spears. Cremation will take place and a remembrance of Timothy's miraculous life will be held at the Kalamazoo Community Church 2435 N. 26th St. Kalamazoo, at 12 noon on Monday August 25, 2008. In lieu of flowers as an expression of your love and sympathy contributions to a ULF memorial fund/family will be collected at the church.
