Tim Lee Tyler

Passed away peacefully, Friday, September 13, 2024. Tim was born with his twin sister Terry on April 28, 1957, in Kalamazoo, Michigan to the late Leo and Tanya (Anson) Tyler. After graduating high school, Tim proudly joined the Army to serve his country. During this time, he was stationed in Germany, the same place as his father was years before. Tim was a typical hard-working Tyler holding manufacturing positions in Michigan and Iowa to include; Eckrich, Robot Research, JRS Rettenmaier, and Snap-on Tools. 

In addition to loving his family, Tim loved bass fishing, watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., and above all else, his rescue dog Bud Man. 

Surviving Tim are his daughters, Melissa Tyler, Janea Meyer, brother Doug (Pam) Tyler, twin sister Terry (Glenn) Furst, brother Kevin (Donna) Skees, and numerous grandchildren.

Preceding him in passing are his parents and his sister Kimberly Skees.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, 12pm, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service from 11am to 12pm. Burial will take place the same day, 2:30pm, at Ft. Custer National Cemetery with full military honors.
