Thomas Lee Hall

April 30, 1939 — January 11, 2019

Thomas L. Hall went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 11, 2019, at the age of 79. Born in Superior, Wisconsin, Tom grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan where he attended Battle Creek Central HS, eventually marrying his high school sweetheart, Kathy in 1961.

Tom earned a degree from Wheaton College in Illinois and went on to work in the Pathology and Toxicology department at Pharmacia & Upjohn where he was employed for more than 35 years.

A devoted husband, father and follower of Christ, Tom faithfully served at Calvary Bible Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he led the choir for many years. He also served as an Elder before going on to teach the Maranatha and Young at Heart Sunday School groups in his later years.

He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Ramsey), sister Martha and husband James Glupker, sister-in-law Donna and husband Ron Feiser, daughter Marcia and her husband Mark Borton, sons Phil and wife Sheri, Randy and wife Joy as well as 8 grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Odell and Lulu and sister Nancy.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18 at the Calvary Bible Church Chapel, 855 S. Drake Road, beginning at 10am. Funeral services will begin at Noon at the same location followed by a light lunch.

Memorial donations in memory of Tom can be made to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, Alternatives of Kalamazoo or Calvary Bible Church.
