Sylvia R. Forsman

FORSMAN, Mrs. Sylvia R. Kalamazoo, MI Died Wednesday evening February 28, 2007. Sylvia was born May 7, 1915 in Ironwood, Michigan a daughter of Victor and Ida Boman Nyman. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1969 and was a member of Northeastern Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Forsman on January 29, 1997; her daughter, Kay Ostrom on February 28, 2000; a son, Brian Glen Forsman; and a grandson, David. She is survived by a son-in-law, Donald Darlene Ostrom of DuBois, PA; 3 grandchildren, Margaret, Shari, and Timothy; 2 great-grandchildren, Tara and Candis; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Tamara and Cameron; several cousins; and many loving friends. A memorial service will be held 11 o?clock Tuesday at the Northeastern Baptist Church, 6536 East G Avenue. There will be no visitation. Private burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Northeastern Baptist Church.
