MEDSKER, Suzanne E.M.
of Kalamazoo Medsker, Buck, Youdell Suzanne, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, January 16, 2008 at 1:45am. Born December 31st, 1937 to Kenneth Sr. and Alice Berner Buck, Sue was a lifelong resident of the Kalamazoo area. She was employed by Upjohn-Pharmacia from where she retired in 1997 after 31 years of service as a Telecommunication Systems Engineer. Suzanne loved her Lord and enjoyed sharing this love by serving the needs of the people around her. She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Medsker, Sr. She has also been preceded by her parents and brother Kenneth Buck, Jr. She is survived by her children Joseph W. Youdell , Kent S.Kimberly Youdell , Gregory J SherrieYoudell, all of Kalamazoo, and Anne M.Michael Wight of Newport, MI. Also grandchildren Laura, Melissa and Rebecca Youdell, Andrea, Joshua, Elizabeth and Nicholas Wight, Melanie Youdell, Kristina and Eric Haithcox and two great grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law Lois & Ralph Woodhead of Kalamazoo and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place Thursday, January 17th from 6-8:00 o'clock and Friday the 18th from 1-3 and 5-8:00 o'clock at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo. Funeral services will be held Saturday, the 19th , 11:00 o'clock at Oakwood Bible Church, 4100 Oakland Dr., Kalamazoo, Pastor Steve Johnson, officiating.
