Kalamazoo, MI Passed away Saturday evening February 18, 2012. Susan was born May 30, 1947 in Alpena, Michigan a daughter of Earl "Chris" and Jeanne LaLonde Christiansen. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1995, coming from Battle Creek. She was employed as a cosmetologist in several Battle Creek salons for many years. She was preceded in death by her father. On September 17, 2004, She was united in marriage to Roger J. Williams who survives. Also surviving, her mother, Jeanne Christiansen of Kalamazoo; a sister, Carol Mike Ritter of Kalamazoo; 5 step-children, Roger Lollie Williams II of Portage, Ken Tammy Williams of Kalamazoo, Greg Darci Williams of Parchment, Gary Williams of Florida, and Steve Williams of Richland; 10 step-grandchildren; and 10 step great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:30 Thursday at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8pm Wednesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. Memorials may be directed to the family.
