Susan K. Dennany

Susan Dennany passed away at home on Saturday, February 1, 2025, with her husband by her side. Susan was born on August 8, 1963, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the daughter of Larry and Sharon (Lynch) Haynes. Susan was a 1981 graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and attended college at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She went on to work at the U.S. post office in 1986 where Susan met the love of her life, David. On July 9, 1988, Susan and David joined in marriage and spent a wonderful life together. Even though Susan had her physical challenges in life, she never let that get in the way of being the most loving, caring, and unselfish person. She was always willing to help others that were in need and celebrated the accomplishments and good fortunes of others.

Susan is survived by her husband, David, her sister Patti Lutomski, brother Brian Farr, and her uncle Mick Lynch. She is preceded in passing by her parents.

A memorial gathering will be held in Susan’s honor on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 11am to 12pm, with a memorial service to follow at 12pm, all located at Langeland Family Funeral Home Burial and Cremation Service, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.
