of Portage, MI Passed away February 6, 2009 at his home. He was born January 1, 1958 in Paw Paw to the late Alton C. and Sophie P. Neumeier Fisher. Steve was united in marriage in 1982 to the former Lisa Schoonheim, who survives. Also surviving Steve are his children, Scott and Elise Fisher; brother, Michael Caryn Fisher, and; sister, Crystal Don Fisher-Prediger; several nieces and nephews. No visitation is scheduled. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, 3:00pm at Portage First United Methodist Church, 8740 S. Westnedge Ave. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
