Kalamazoo, MI Sally died Tuesday morning, January 11, 2011 at Friendship Village Health Center, from complications of a stroke. Sally was born August 10, 1927 to Paul B. and Genevieve Mann Jones and had been a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edwin C. Bordenet and two brothers, Paul B. Jones Jr. and Richard H. Jones. She is survived by a sister, Beverly J. Roschek of Kalamazoo; many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends Carmina and Al Jones. Sally was employed with Hammond Machinery for many years and retired in 1994. She was an avid reader and watcher of law and order programs and a lover of animals. A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday, January 21st at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private burial will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
