WOOD, Mrs. Sharon E.
of Vicksburg, MI Died Saturday afternoon September 17, 2011. Sharon was born December 8, 1948 in Port Huron, Michigan a daughter of John W. and Lorraine A. Beaver Wood. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1983 and was employed with Great Lakes Molding before their closing. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by 5 siblings, Sandy Mike Gilbert of Port Huron, MI, Ron "Ronnie" Alice Wood and Jackie Danny Lint all of Kalamazoo, Linda Greg Greenia of Port Huron, MI, and Jan Terry Elmore of Vicksburg; her companion, Loren Dailey of Vicksburg; 2 children, Debra and Danny; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 3 o'clock Friday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center.
