Sandra K. Weston

WESTON, Sandra K. "Sandy" Of Gobles Sandy passed away early Saturday morning, November 20, 2010 at Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan - Rose Arbor Residence. She was born December 26, 1937, one of thirteen children to Charles and Dorothy Pennington Ames. On April 5, 1958, Sandy was united in marriage to Claude Weston. She was employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company until her retirement. Sandy enjoyed playing cards, cooking, reading, knitting and traveling with her husband. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Claude; three children, Allen Cindy Davis Weston, Paul Dawn Robarge Weston, Andrea John Murphy; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Al Lambert and Ardith Bradley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were one son, Todd Weston; her parents; five sisters; and five brothers. Funeral services for Sandy will be at 1:30 PM on Monday tomorrow at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3626 S. 9th Street with Pastor Tadd Butler, of New Hope Baptist Church in Allegan, officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gobles. Friends may visit with the family from 4-7 PM on Sunday today at the funeral home.
