Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away very unexpectedly Sunday, September 2, 2012 at her home. She was born May 4, 1963 in Clinton, Utah, a daughter of Orlando, Jr. and Ann Bird Rasmussen and lived in the Kalamazoo area for many years. Sandy was employed as a property manager for Lockwood Management Company. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Ann Gylde, her sisters, Julie Terry and Stacy, and one brother Charles. She is also survived by her husband of 17 years, Jay Hildebrand; her son, Kenneth Montney and his father, Mark Montney; grandchildren, Audrie and Seth; stepchildren, Misti and Matthew; and step grandchildren Kegan and Matilyn and many nieces and nephews. Lifelong friends, Janet Bober, Tina Leffew and Mary Rowe. Cremation has taken place. The family is planning a Gathering of Friends on Saturday from 1:00 until 4:00 PM at the family residence. Please stop by and share a memory of Sandy. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to assist the children and grandchildren.
