Sandra J. Hayward

Passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Rose Arbor Hospice Place, with her family by her side. Sandra was born on August 12, 1945 in England to the late Richard and Joyce (Murphy) Ivory. After graduating from high school in Richland, Michigan, Sandra went to Oakland University, where she met many lifelong friends. She finished her bachelor’s degree at Spring Arbor College and went on to have a successful career in relocation.

Sandy loved her family with all of her heart. She was preceded in death by her sons, Bryan Hayward and Kevin Hayward, and her husband, Jon Hudeck. She is survived by her daughter, Jeneen (Kenneth) McMillen; four grandchildren, Jacob (Sarah) Hayward, Zachary (Chandler) Hayward, Adam McMillen, Rachel (Jake) Fink; one great-grandchild, Olivia Fink; sister, Kelly (Steve) Mohney; brother, Michael (Cathleen) Ivory, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was an avid reader, loved antiques, and was passionate about rescuing German Shepherds.

In accordance with Sandy’s wishes, cremation will take place with burial of her cremated remains at Prairie Home Cemetery, Richland. There will be no formal service held.
