SANS, Ruby J.
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Ruby, age 77, passed away August 7, 2012 at her home in Kalamazoo with her family by her side. She was born on September 18, 1935 in Newberry, MI and was the daughter of Frank and Violet Wilson Bennett. She was married to Dave Sans, who preceded her in death on August, 19, 2011. Ruby worked as a nurse at the Kalamazoo State Hospital for 36 years. She loved spending time with her family, her dogs and traveling to Northern Michigan. Surviving are her sister, Marvel Bergeron of Warren, MI and several step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Private family services for Ruby will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes.
