Rosie B Morford

MORFORD, Mrs. Rosie B. Kalamazoo, MI Died Monday morning January 1, 2007. Rosie was born May 11, 1931 in Burnside, Kentucky a daughter of Joseph and Sally Bennett Ragle. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard C. Morford on June 24, 2003; a grandson, Andrew Richard Morford ; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by 3 sons, Rick Morford of Kalamazoo, Robert Luxmie Morford of Kalamazoo, and Roderick Joanne Morford of Ft. Wayne, IN; 4 grandchildren; a sister, Ruby Gale Vaught of Mansfield, OH; a dear friend, Joan Laymon of Kalamazoo; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 1 o?clock Monday at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, 2031 East Cork St. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Sunday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Rose Arbor Hospice Residence.
