Rosetta N. Nap

NAP, Rosetta N. Alamo, TX, formerly of Kalamazoo Passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009 in Edinburg, TX. She was born March 8, 1929 in Kalamazoo, one of eight children born to John and Alma Burgess Sharp. Rosie lived in several places due to her husband, Bob, being transferred by Sears. They eventually were transferred to Indianapolis, IN, where Bob retired. Following Bob's retirement, they moved to Texas and spent many happy years there. When Bob passed away in 2004, Rosie stayed in Texas until her death. Rosie was also preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Ann Nap of Camby, IN; two granddaughters, Jennifer Brian Clark of Monrovia, IN and Alaina Randy Jones of Pearl City, HI; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Eva Sharp Smothers of FL and Laveda Sharp Hambright of Portage; many nieces and nephews. A graveside committal will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2009 in the Grand Prairie Cemetery, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Steven Slater, officiating.
