STEGINK, Rosemary "Rosie Jo"
Kalamazoo, Michigan Rosemary Joann Stegink, 9 years old, was welcomed into the presence of Jesus on Friday, August 1, 2008. Even though Rosie Jo never was able to speak, to see, to walk or even scratch an itch, her life was full of purpose and meaning. God touched many lives in special ways through Rosemary. Rosie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her parents, Larry and Nancy Stegink; her brothers and sisters, Ben Anna Sander, Sara and Daryl Huinink, Tim Caitlin Blauw, and Anna; her grandparents, Richard and Marjorie Bishop and Jack and Betty Stegink; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her respite family, Ken and Kathie Visker, Grace, Anne, Leah, and Jill. Visitation will be Monday, August 4th from 2 - 4:00 and 6 - 8:00PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street, Kalamazoo. A private family graveside service will be at Genesee Prairie Cemetery. A Memorial service will take place on Tuesday, August 5th, 7:00PM at Third Reformed Church, 2345 N. 10th Street, Oshtemo, Rev.
