Rosemary Curtiss

CURTISS, Mrs. Rosemary Galesburg, MI Was welcomed by her Lord Monday morning February 19, 2007 after a long battle with cancer. Rosemary was born July 29, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of John and Florence Bond Roche. She had been a Galesburg area resident since 1969, coming from Battle Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters; and a brother. Rosemary will be lovingly be remembered by her husband of 50 years, Cecil A. Curtiss whom she married on September 29, 1956. Also surviving, her beloved children, Allen Dr. Phyllis Curtiss of Hudsonville, Becky Sonnevil of Galesburg, and Catherine Beebe of Portage; her cherished grandchildren, Marshall Jessica Ogan, Kori Sonnevil, Brett Beebe, Chelsea Beebe, Carrie Mike Kamm, and Eric Curtiss; 3 sisters; a brother; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1 o?clock Friday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 West Battle Creek St. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday. Interment will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Greater Kalamazoo. The family would like to thank Hospice of Greater Kalamazoo for the special care they provided.
