Ocala, FL; formerly of Kalamazoo Rose Beatrice Jones passed away in Friday, August 1, 2014 in Ocala, FL. Rose was born June 15, 1920 on Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late Charles H. and Lillian M. Bush Cole and was a resident of Kalamazoo for many years. On September 5, 1935, she married William L. Jones, who preceded her in death on December 28, 2005. Rose was also preceded in death by 4 children, Marlene & Darlene twins, Linden Lee Jones and Rose Marie Merchant. She is survived by her children, Dixie Lang, Linda Dennis Lanoue, William Charles Sharon Jones, Joyce Houghtlen, Vickie Houghtlen and Mary Jo Fuller Houghtlen; 26 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. A visitation will be held in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 11:00 to 12:00 Noon. Following the visitation, a graveside committal will be held in the Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park, North, with Pastor Randy Hatfield, officiating.
