Rose Marie Diamond

Diamond, Rose Marie of Portage, Michigan Passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the age of 71. She was born in Battle Creek, MI on September 12, 1941. She was a bus driver for Portage Public Schools, retiring after over 34 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with her family. Surviving are her children, Mary Walter Nielson of Kalamazoo, Cindy Ernie Kieliszewski of Allegan and Leonard Lee Kathy Lang Diamond of Kalamazoo; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; her sister, Mary Vaden of Mass City; her brother, Terry Stewart of Kalamazoo; and her step-sister, Beatrice Ed Guy of Mass City. She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Mary L. Gumtow Culler and Holden Culler; and her sister, Cindy Culler. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Scott Burdick will officiate with interment in Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
