Of Kalamazoo Ronald Lee Klimp was born November 12, 1939, in Kalamazoo, the son of Frank and Anna Bishop Klimp and passed away April 4, 2011, in Kalamazoo. He was a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident who was employed for 21 years at MasterCraft Corporation. For many years he resided at Beacons Specialized Living Services - Kobza Adult Foster Care and will be greatly missed by the staff and other residents. Also surviving are a sister, Joyce Donald Nelson of Battle Creek; a brother, David Mary Klimp of Minnesota; nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, April 10 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street, where a service to celebrate Ron's life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 11 with Pastor James Dyke officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
