Ronald J. Williams

WILLIAMS, Mr. Ronald J. Portage, MI Died suddenly Thursday evening August 23, 2007 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Ronald was born April 28, 1930 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Ronald and Etta Mae Blankenship Williams. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with Parker-Hannifin for 10 years, retiring in 1992. He was also a member of the Goldwing Road Riders, Chapter D and the N.R.A. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Eldon Williams. On September 6, 1952, he was united in marriage to Patricia M. Samson Williams who survives. Also surviving, 2 sons, David Williams and Daniel Barbara Williams all of Portage; a grandson, Ryan Williams; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 2 o?clock Tuesday at Lake Center Bible Church, 805 East Osterhout Ave. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Monday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Private interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or Lake Center Bible Church.
