of Schoolcraft, Michigan Passed away Sunday, October 28, 2012. Age 40 years. Ronald was born in Kalamazoo, MI on May 18, 1972. He worked at Inter Kal Inc. for 20 years and was part owner of Al and Ron's Tree Service. Ronnie was an outdoorsman who loved to hike, camp and fish. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and attending their football games and fishing on the pontoon boat. He also enjoyed working on cars, shooting guns and was a Dallas Cowboys Fan. He was married to Debra Hardin on September 26, 1997; she survives him. He is also survived by his parents, Ronald Crystal Hardin of Galesburg and Cindy Greg Johnson of Kalamazoo; his son, James Stewart of Mattawan; three sisters and two brothers, Kory Jenny Johnson of Grand Rapids, Deanna Hardin of Kalamazoo, Kari Johnson of Kalamazoo, Marlon Polley of Portage and Desiree Polley of Bellevue; his cousin, David Lantis; nieces and nephews, Gage, Auddie, Aubrey, Jacy, Cameryn and Christopher Hardin, Ashlee, Hannah and Brooklyn Ellis; his favorite uncle, Al Hardin; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Mary Stewart of Kalamazoo; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lindsey and Julie Ellis, and Robert and Lynne Stewart. Ronnie will also be sadly missed by his beloved dogs, Scooter and Rocky. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2012 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., where funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Lane Davis will officiate with burial in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park North. Memorials may be made to the family, please make checks payable to Al Hardin.
