REOCH, Ronald W., DDS
Marcellus Passed away April 14, 2013, at his home. Ron was born September 11, 1946 in Detroit, MI a son of Edwin and Marjorie Waters Reoch, and was a resident of the Marcellus area for many years. Ron served his country for two years in the United States Air Force as a Captain during the Viet Nam War. He was a Dentist and had a practice in Portage for over 30 years and was a member of the Agape Christian Church of Kalamazoo. On June 8, 1968, he married Karen Kreeger, who survives. Ron is also survived by their children, Scott Susan Reoch of Caledonia, Matthew Laura Reoch of San Rafael, CA, Stephanie Matthew Van Dyk of Kalamazoo, Elizabeth Jason Boyer of Grass Lake and Paul Liz Reoch of Nashville, TN; his parents, Edwin and Marjorie Reoch of Pinckney, MI; 15 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Rick Sue Reoch, Jerry Sharon Reoch and Tom Angela Reoch; a sister, Joanne Brian Hill; many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Service of Celebration for Ron will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM in the First Assembly of God 5550 Oakland Dr. The family will receive friends at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 3-8 PM. A private committal service will be held at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, the Empty Tomb Ministries, or Agape Christian Church.
