Of Kalamazoo, MI Passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Rose Arbor Hospice. Age 58 years. He was born December 15, 1953, the son of William G. and Barbara A. Hazen Baldwin. Ronald served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for the city of Portage for over 30 years. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Paw Paw. He belonged to the Fraternal Order of Eagles and was an avid bowler and golfer and coached softball. He was married to Joyce Faye Randolph Baldwin on January 27, 1971; she survives him. Surviving besides his wife are his two children, Ronald Amy Yee Baldwin of Kalamazoo and Casey Baldwin of Kalamazoo; five grandchildren, Quinnlyn Baldwin, Katelyn Baldwin, Nathaniel Baldwin, Nicholas Baldwin and Deray Hill; his father, William G. Baldwin of Kalamazoo; his mother-in-law and father-in-law "Mom and Dad" , Gathel and Lucille Hand Randolph; four sisters and one brother, Betty Bart Stockling, Sandra Ritsema, Robert Baldwin, Nancy Rodgers and Sheri Paul Mullins; two sisters-in-law, Janet Blackwood and Patricia Hughes; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara A. Baldwin; a nephew, Michael Gerould; two brothers-in-law, Brad Rodgers and Tony Blackwood; and two very dear friends, Johnny Allison and Harley Cullen. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Langeland Family Funeral Home, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012 at the funeral home. Pastor Bill Chapman will officiate with burial in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park, 3941 S. Westnedge Ave. Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
